27. THE EXAM

I will be in FENS L045 in 90 minutes, writing my English exam but before that I need to do something more important.
Something that will keep me strong during the exam.
Something that will help me to gather all the information during the exam.
Something that will make me happy.
Something that will... ok that's enough.
Before the exam we are going to cook risotto in the kitchen.

I wish good luck to everyone. :)

  4. I think it looks more than that to us because we were supposed to write an exam but somehow we were looking at you. I am not sure if I could manage to express myself clearly but at the beginning I didn't know what to write and I was looking at you and I felt more comfortable and everything became better.

  6. I ate Elif's risotto as well on the exam's day. Everything was good except for the fact that she looked down on me for not knowing 'risotto'. ENG 101 taught me 'risotto' as well. If I hadn't called her to discuss "Killing us softly" and "Tough Guise" in the last minute before the exam, I wouldn't have been able to experience risotto. Everything is a chain, you know?

The conversation between Elif and me just after I put my first risotto in my mouth:
Can: Hmm.. That is like rice.
Elif: It is rice. Saying risotto is just more pretentious, though.

  7. Imhhhh,,,,

    Dear Can,

I wish you would have write: "everything was more than just good, it was the best thing I have ever had, Elif and Nil was so sincere and friendly that I wish to stay at the dorm." but instead you wrote "she looked down on me for not knowing 'risotto'." I was just kidding, there are millions of things that I don't know. Sometimes I really don't know something very important but still I don't ashamed. Also by sharing our conversation you summarized everything, what I think about the coolest 'risotto'.

As a result of your comment, for the next time you will see 'risotto' in your dream.

Ps.:I wish good luck to you while you are deciding, I am serious or just joking in this comment.

  8. But I said in my comment "everything was good at the kitchen" and then I indicated that it is very good for me as well to have a friend like you as I learn much from you, such as risotto and so on.

You are making a joke in this comment:) A person like Elif wouldn't get angry about such things.

  9. heehee, you're so right that saying 'risotto' is pretty pretentious...

but did you use proper arborio rice? Otherwise it's not actually risotto... ;=)

  10. Nooo, do you know riso gallo? You can buy them from macrocenter. You only add hot water to it and wait for 12 minutes, then it is ready. :)
I hope next time we could cook paella maybe you could also join us...
